Integrative Performance Therapy (IPT)

What IPT solves

Pain lowers how much load your tissues can tolerate. Rest helps symptoms but doesn’t raise capacity. IPT closes that gap by restoring motion, then progressively loading the exact patterns you need for life and sport.

How IPT is different

  • Manual therapy opens the window; strength work keeps it open.

  • We measure what matters: range, strength, endurance, and tolerance to load.

  • Plans fit your reality: a few high-leverage drills you’ll actually do.

A typical plan

  • Week 1–2: Calm symptoms, restore key ranges, introduce foundation strength

  • Week 3–6: Progress load, tempo, and range; add conditioning and resilience work

  • Week 6+: Sport-specific progressions, return-to-play testing, and self-care habits
